The hotel have very nice and mondern rooms. It location is a little bit off the track, which rewards you with a great view to the mountains from your room. The employees are friendly but seems to be a little bit unexperienced from time to time. The breakfast buffet was from average qualitiy. It had also the basic stuff but nothing special. At dinner you could choose between two dishes. After dinner they offered a big dessert buffet.

We traveled 920km to this hotel only to find out the hotel cancelled our reservation. We did not receive any notice. On arrival the host was very rude. He told us it was not his problem and was unwilling to assist us anyfurther. After some negotiation he was willing to help us look for another hotel. Later that day we found out (after checken with booking.com what went wrong) the hotel cancelled our reservation on the same day we arrived due to overbooking. (Our room was sold to another customer just before we arrived). These People should not be trusted. Worthless money grabbers.

This hotel cancelled the reservation that we had with booking.com less than an hour before our arrival saying they had overbooked. I do not speak German but my girlfriend does, but not perfectly. When we tried to call the hotel to see what happened the owner got extremely frustrated at her and hung up because she could not speak well enough for him although he does not even speak English. The reason he told us he had cancelled our booking was because someone else showed up and offered more money since they did not book on a third party website. After receiving no apologies and no help in finding another solution I am very happy to say that we are no longer staying here. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Boss is unfriendly !!!children can’t running on hotel and use elevator !!!! Free ice cream for children is forbidden !!! One time boss closes children in elevator. I’m not recommending this hotel for families. Rooms are nice and new , sauna and swimming pool are clean. Stuff si friendly except boss who decided about everything.... Nice place with unfriendly boss .
